Executive, Committee, General and Zone Committee Meetings

TIME OF COMMITTEE MEETINGS

OBJECTIVE

To establish the time and place of WARA Executive, Committee, General and Zone Committee meetings.

POLICY

An Executive, Committee and General meeting will be held on a Wednesday, unless otherwise determined by the President, every six (6) weeks commencing at nominated times after the AGM and Zone meetings will be held to dovetail into the Executive Committee meetings. Zone meeting dates will be determined by the Zone and forwarded to the WARA Secretary where possible.

The WARA Zone Committees will have an elected Chair and Secretary to the WARA Executive Committee. Other participants do not necessarily have to be members of WARA but it is encouraged.
